Being a creative is both a blessing and a curse. We often get bored easily and constantly want to try out new things. This results in us becoming a Jack of all trades. And you know how the saying goes: "Jack of all trades, master of none." Sounds a bit negative, right? But did you know that's not the complete saying? It's actually "Jack of all trades, master of none, is often times better than master of one!"

Being interested in a lot of things at once is not a bad thing. But sometimes it makes it difficult for us because we don't know which one to choose and turn into a career. It's taken me way too long to realise that "Hey, why can't I try out all of them?" And so, that's what I did. I studied music, did a digital marketing course, became a wedding planner, did video editing, tried out graphic design, and made macramé earrings and decor, until I fell into the world of designing and creating stationery.

I've always loved planning, and I would call myself a stationery addict. So, in 2022 I turned this love into a business called JM Things. Now it has blossomed into a kind of passion that I cannot explain. A passion around stationery, business and entrepreneurship. A passion for the people and community that support me. A passion to use my God-given talents to inspire and help others who have the same hopes and aspirations that I've had.

Now, I hope to help others do the same, showing them how to create their own stationery, teaching them the steps to become a successful stationery business owner, and helping them reach their full potential.
